This surface mounted double toilet paper holder is fabricated with type 304 series stainless steel with a #4 satin finish.  The toilet paper rollers are chrome-plated plastic.  The mounting system is concealed; the post is welded to the mounting bracket to form an integral unit and the flange snaps over the mounting bracket.  Fasteners are included.
