This anti-ligature toilet paper holder is fabricated with one-piece construction and consists of a stainless steel rod with a pivoting ball joint that releases under excessive load.  After release, the rod is reset by hand.  The three-inch diameter flange is fabricated with 11 gauge type 304 series satin stainless steel and the rod is 1/2" diameter stainless rod.  The unit has a concealed mounting system using tee nuts and wall studs therefore access to the back of the wall is required.  The anti-ligature toilet paper holder holds one standard 5-inch diameter by 4.5 inch long toilet paper roll.
