This towel supply shelf is fabricated from type 304 series bright polished stainless steel with bright polished brass flanges and is 24" in length.   There are four 3/8" stainless tubes that provide support for the towels.  The mounting system is concealed, as the post is welded to the mounting  bracket and flange to form an integral unit. The post assembly mounts on a stainless steel wall plate and is secured with a set screw on the bottom.
