This surface mounted double toilet paper holder is fabricated with type 304 series stainless steel with a #4 satin finish.  The mounting system is concealed, as the post is welded to the mounting  bracket and flange to form an integral unit. The post assembly mounts on a stainless steel wall plate and is secured with a set screw on the bottom.  The toilet paper rollers are chrome-plated plastic.
