What are the lengths a bar can be cut?
We stock 1", 1-1/4", and 1-1/2" diameter tubing in 20'-0 lengths and can therefore cut any length up to 20'
When do I need a center support?
Maximum span between supports:
For 1-1/2" dia. tubing: 60" centerline to centerline
For 1" and 1-1/4" dia. tubing: 48" centerline to centerline

What kind of bends are available?
Standard 90 Degree Bend Centerline Radius:
1-1/2" diameter tube - 2-1/4" Radius
1" and 1-1/4" diameter tube - 2" Radius
Other bend angles and dimensions are available through customization.
We can make up to 138 degree bends on all 3 tubing sizes

What finishes are available?
Grab bars are available in satin and bright stainless finishes and may be peened, knurled, powder coated in a variety of colors, or clear coated with an antimicrobial finish.
